What IS GOING ON
Alright so let me introduce you to Artists of Dublin, aka AOD: AOD is my new project that helps me carve a space in the performing arts world to compensate for my faceless identity as an actor. Yes, an actor. I have decided that I was going to pursue acting, as I fell in love with screen-acting ever since attending Bow Street Academy, the National Screen Acting School of Ireland.
MY GOAL WITH AOD
AOD aims to celebrate the Artists of Dublin and Ireland, regardless if they made it or not. I have decided to use my extensive knowledge of marketing to basically build Ireland’s first community of artists and just see what will come out of here. This not only helps me feel good about spending all these years learning about marketing instead of acting, but it also helps me meet people who, like me, have made the difficult decision to focus on their art. Community is everything, I am hoping to find mine.
MY GOAL IN ACTING
As an actor, I dream of playing an elf warrior and sit at the table with the greatest actors of my generation. It will happen if I stick to it and if I keep having faith in my capabilities. I do believe I can accomplish anything I put my mind to so let’s.
This is the start of something good, my actual life.
